It would be better to start now. You should use the puberty changes as an advantge! Start your diets and exercises so you lose weight easier as your also growing.
There is a good way for lazy turds, go to wal-mart and get one of those slim elastic belts they should be in the weight section. put the bitch on as tight as you can and fucking don’t take it off only do it if you start to itch also use baby power after you wipe the sweat of you and your belt. I been doing it for like 3 days and have dropped about 1 1/2 inches of my waist!!! Its all about sweating you
I’m 15 years old and to me having a 6 pac would be a dream come true to me lol. I have a huge garden to exercise in, (about 6 acres) so having a place to run around in isnt a problem.. I’m wondering thoe if I should wait till i’m older when my body has pretty much finished growing or if i should go for getting one now? please reply to this for ur thoughts. thanks
“Just starting”???!!!! Well…you should get a medal because if you’re “just starting” to get a gut at age 54, you’re the exception to the rule!!!! In that case, you shouldn’t be consulting anyone but yourself as to how to get rid of it!!!
How old are you firstly? Second, you’re slim by nature but you should target your core (abdominal section) to strenghten and tone it. Several Yoga exercises are a good start, incorporating crunches/sit-ups ARE effective, and cardio-vascular exercises particularly jogging or some calesthenics are a must. Lastly…modify that diet man!
Hi: my problem is that I am skinny….5 foot 10 inches and weigh only 150 pounds….but, I am getting a belly. If I go on a diet, wont I then look like a skelleton as I am already way under weight for my height.
