Did this workout this morning.. haha I don’t think I’ll be doing much walking today. EXCELLENT WORKOUT!!!!

we do 20 minutes workout for 3 times a week? or are we aloud to do 7 times a week?

it is brutal baby, but it simply and effective!

the two 10-minute workouts if all you’d want or need to do, anything after that and the intensity tends to fade, thus leading to diminishing returns to the workout

we recommend 3 total body resistance training workouts per with at least 48 hours between each workout (e.g. M, W, F). for best results, perform 20 minutes of cardio interval training on your non-resistance training 3x per week (e.g. T, TH, SAT)

wow thats brutal it leaves me motionless!!
after a minute or two ..but i guss i can get use to it
how many times a week??? and do i just do the 2 ten min workouts???
