Filed Under (healthy diet) by Viv;=) on 06-09-2008

Part 3 (b) of 4 part series. This video is considered the final 4th part of my healthy eating series. In my last video I highlight the benefits of meal time support and give my final thoughts. Thank you for watching. I hope you were able to take something from this series and apply it in your life in a healthy way.

HUGS I am so proud of you dear! It doesn’t matter if you ate it all, you put action and logic into that bowl and you did what you could - that’s what matters. Ps. Carrots are one of the best things to eat when breaking a fast or starvation period.

Thank you.. I really wont be able to say that enough. When i started watching this particular videos about Healthy eating. I Hadn’t eaten in a week. But now After watching them. I made myself a bowl of carrots and celery. I couldn’t eat it all.. But i ate some of it. And that’s enough to know that there’s a chance and a hope of recovery.
So Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve Helped me more than i thought possible.

Lovely soul, I am so touched that I could touch you! You DESERVE those bento boxes, they are SO lovely! Please treat yourself to one, many if you can. If you find it hard to buy, bring me along in spirit. Picture me helping you take a pair of SCISSORS to that STRAND OF RESISTENCE from the negative mind, cutting it in half and having it propel you forward into the bento box aisle. You have worked hard and deserve all the bento boxes in the world. XOXO

I’m a recovering Emotional Overeater & have been following Intuitive Eating principles for over 18 months now.

You’ve helped me recommit to myself, to my health, & ignore the fear that I’ll remain obese.

Part 2 helped me realise it was my Low Self Esteem Demon preventing me from buying the laptoplunchpack (aka bento boxes) I’ve been wanting. LSED that told me I was stupid to want a fun lunch to take to my work from home office everyday.

Your videos touched a chord within me. Thank You.

you truly have a beautiful soul.
i may just be overly pms-ing but i broke down crying when you talked about calling deceased loved ones to help us get through meals. i never thought of it that way, but i always felt like they were watching over me in every other aspect of my life, so why not this one? if they always have my back, then why cant i call for their support for this?

great video.

I’m sitting in the library at school right now watching this on my laptop, and I’ve just burst into tears. Thank you. it is going to take time, I have to remember that. It does help to call others during meals, I’ve done this in the past. This was a really good series.

Johnny,
I watched this last part first since it was the shortest, and I’ll watch the first three parts tomorrow if I can. I love you SO much. Your message is so encouraging and I loved your send-off. You are so beautiful inside and out. Pink tu-tu twirls forever. Love, me.

just finished watching all 4 videos. they were absolutely amazing. I think the hardest part as you mentioned is truly feeling worthy of feeling you can eat real food.
your videos have been inspiring and so insightful. and so frequent too ahah. I dont know how you made so many deep and intellectually stimulating videos so fast. keep ‘em coming! lol
