Healthy Eating & Living: Four Pillars of Body and Soul

The Body & Soul program is made up of four parts. We call these parts “pillars” because they are like the pillars of a church. Just as a church building needs support on all four sides, a successful Body & Soul program needs all four of its “pillars” to be active and strong. All four pillars must be in place to build an effective Body & Soul program.
