whoa !!!

I’m overweight and my weight is in my hands with my asthma, If i loose wight then I could decrese my asthma by ALOT, and if I gain more weight, my asthma will get worse. :’(

I feel very sad for them little babies, what hard lives they will have when they grow up.

i hate coke and that stuff. and my dad is a health freAK

well, for me, I love junk food and could eat it all day every minute. Luckily, my dad became a health freak so he filled the fridge up with organic stuff when I was 12. I lost 25 pounds. I was 125 at 12, now I’m 13 and 100 pounds, feels good, my boyfriend can put me on his shoulders now.

And you’re right that its sugar that really makes people fat, so many of the diets out there say to cut fat out….theres a formula for disater. Causes vitamin and mineral deficiencies right and left!

diet sodas are just as bad for you if not worse… the body is tricked into thinking it is sugar and your insulin can still spike etc (not to mention what aspartame does to your brain & liver)… soda is just horrid period! And TONS of people drink soda at every meal. I have co-workers who drink it for breakfast instead of coffee or tea

my best friend’s whole family’s got a problem and they try honestly they do but they cant seem to stick to diets coz they dont keep up with them how can they stick to something that’ll help them if we dont really have “will poer”?

I’m 15, 177 cm and 81 kg, being well built. Lost like 8 kg since spring and still losing. I know I’m just not very overweight now, I eat healthy food and counting every calorie, almost no meat and exercise like 3 times a week. I know I should be proud of myself, because I feel healthy and shit, still I hate myself. Need to lose like 10 kg more.

Please don’t stop eating, that’s not the answer. The answer is to learn which foods to eat.
