dude if u want muscle i recomend not weight lifting do cardio skipping is a good exercise, running and mainly if u want to do any sort of muscle building i would do push ups and sit ups pull ups maybe but thats it for age 12 i think..

I don’t know why people are giving this guy thumbs down. It is true. The healthiest way to lose weight is 1-2 pounds a week. If you are losing 5 pounds a week, you are changing your metabolism at a fast pace. Once you stop your fat will come back a hell of a lot faster because your metabolism has adapted to you doing this excercise. I think its a great workout for quick results but you will need to find a workout to replace it to avoid regaining that weight.
That’s stupid to start out by increasing everything like that. Is losing 4lbs/week too little for you? Losing 1-2 lbs/week is the healthy rate. However, it is ok to lose MORE than that since you’re working out and eating healthy…not just starving yourself.
As I’m seeing it, sure you’ll probably lose more lbs/week by increasing everything…but if you make the workout a pain in the ass then it’s going to be harder to do it regularly.
I’ll try this with 2 16 kilo (35 pound) kettlebells and some extra hand and ankle weights for the last 2 excercises, 4 times a week. And I’ll go to gym 3 times. Lets see what happens in 2 weeks. I’ll let you know.

You don’t need to do this excercise if you have very little fat. Start working on muscle building. I’m sure you can find some videos on muscle building. Look for videos that focus on supersets for faster results.
