My recipe is get chicken thighs and put them in a ziplock bag, sqeeze key lime jiuce into the bag and crush and chop up two cloves of garlic, cut up one bell pepper and one white onion and put them in a bag with some black pepper. Store them in the fridge for about an hour. Then put everything in the bag onto a cookie sheet and pop them in them oven about 325F for 45 minutes I believe. You can even cut up the chicken thighs into strips and cook them in a frying pan with a little bit of evoo.
