Oh my, I never work out and I am overweight. This is killing me but feels like it really works and these girls are funny and nice.
First day I only made 3 parts. Let’s see how I improve.
I’ll later tell you how much weight I lost

Hi.
I do this everyday, but i also include parts 2 3 and u of the belly dancing basics.
so that i still get to do this entire workout but i also get to relaxish with the belly dance basics, you can do like the fat burning part one and after that part 2 of the bellydance basics, its helped.
and i’ve lost 5 lbs.
in 1 wk. :)

this one got me so tired! but i do this exercise everyday (almost every part of this) now I ve losen 5 kg! (it took like 2 or 3 months)

I know what you mean…I started a couple of weeks ago and it’s still hard but I love doing it. I’m taking a break now xD That jumping kills me, but I can’t stop!

I love this! I had to take a brake, omg I have done this for almost 2 weeks and I still have to take a 5 minute brake after every part. When I started I had to take a brake every 5 min or something, so I have improved. And my family and friends has noticed that my face as become skinnier :D It’s hard, but it’s worth it :)
